Maestro is the bard's musical assistant. The novice and expert bard
alike may practice songs and create new ones. Those not as patient may
opt to use the research feature and delve into the archive of songs Maestro
has.
Compose:
The Compose box is where you may put your bardic knowledge to the test.
Any song string is acceptable, assuming it follows the rules of bardic
music being: a song must be 3 to 7 notes, containing the notes A-G,
A#-G#, or Ab-Gb. Maestro will then tell you what song you have played,
if indeed the notes are part of an actual song.
Research:
For those less interested in doing the research by themselves, or just
needing to get a quick song, this is your spot. The research ability
of Maestro will pull up samples of both the shortest combination of
notes, and the lightest total note weight (easiest to play) combination
for any of the player usable bard songs.
